Do I need to purchase any hardware or equipment to use HERO’s monitoring solution?

In most cases, no additional hardware is required. HERO’s network monitoring solution is software-based and works with your existing network equipment—including routers, firewalls, switches, and endpoints.

During onboarding, our technicians will conduct a network assessment to ensure compatibility and optimal configuration. We then deploy secure monitoring agents or set up remote probes where needed, without disrupting your environment.

If you have older infrastructure or legacy systems, we’ll advise on best practices and upgrades—but there’s no required investment in new hardware to get started.
